Important Information:

  • We do require day-of-event insurance (this ranges between $240 and $255 depending on headcount and takes only two minutes to purchase).

  • Rates and contract terms are based on the day the contract is signed, not the tour date. 

Venue Package Rental + Day of Event Insurance = Your Cost

  • A $2,000 non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to secure a date. The remaining balance will be split into two equal payments, the first due 9 months in advance and the last 3 months prior to your event.

  • We are located in active Iowa farmland. We cannot control the farming activity around our property and instead embrace the beauty and rhythm each season presents.
