Important Information:
We do require day-of-event insurance (this ranges between $240 and $255 depending on headcount and takes only two minutes to purchase).
Rates and contract terms are based on the day the contract is signed, not the tour date.
Venue Package Rental + Day of Event Insurance = Your Cost
A $2,000 non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to secure a date. The remaining balance will be split into two equal payments, the first due 9 months in advance and the last 3 months prior to your event.
We are located in active Iowa farmland. We cannot control the farming activity around our property and instead embrace the beauty and rhythm each season presents.
